Our cruise Director Gavin Murray was so entertaing and attentative to the people on the cruise. Hes an asset to Viking. Our waiter Hakick was great also.

Overly ambitious schedule for more than a brief visit to each city and exploring many historical highlights. What we did see was done well. It’s not Viking’s fault. Missed historic sights on the Rhine by traveling at night from Cologne to Amsterdam. I guess that you can’t do everything in two weeks.

Pros: Viking looks after every detail. Absolutely seamless. Staff was first rate.

Cons: Covid testing. But realize that was unavoidable.

Loved everything from our cabin, to dinning staff, and scheduled excursions. Stephen (our Program Director) was enthusiastic and obviously bonded to all the visitors. He actually sang multiple songs during an evening music trivia contest. Most of the passengers came for the evening entertainment and all engaged. Everyone of our excursion guides did a wonderful job. Many were funny and witty which enhanced the tour. Loved all of Viking’s choices. We had the same dining servers every meal. They learned our names, our favorite drinks, and were very attentive with warm greetings as we came to the dining room. My wife has a dairy allergy. Allan, the Maître d’, found options at every meal. He definitely went above board to see that she could have lots of choices. Sasa, the Exec Chef, even went the extra steps to make special tasty deserts for her every meal. We loved that very personal attention. They were like best friends and we hated to leave.
